Why is it so hard to buy a ticket for an Orient match?
Am visiting England form Japan (staying near Lincoln) and wanted 2 tickets for the Chesterfield game and to get them posted
to Lincoln.
I have an account on leytonorient.com for streaming and that works well.
But needed to register for an eticketing.co.uk/leytonorient account to buy tickets. (not sure how much control the club has over this)
Ok, I did that and used a UK address and UK phone number so the tickets could be posted.
Just before payment the security code to validate my credit card payment needs to be sent but
my UK number does not appear; only the Japan one and I cannot get codes on that while abroad.
Stuck and no option to move forward.
Attempt 2:
Use a different computer, email add, CC, Phone number but each time I try get error messages OR that the email
address used already has an account - which is not true.
So, in short, I cannot get tickets.
I run my whole business online and deal with various payment systems worldwide, mostly without issue, but nothing is as hard as trying to buy a ticket
for an Os game.
Sorry for the rant, was just looking forward to watching a game.
Last time I saw the Os live was when were in the Conference.
Guess I will have to wait a year.
