Fred has been woeful.
It is a big shame when a great player misses the world cup I would have loved to have seen Falcao for Colombia.

The referee has to take some blame. The fouls in the first half were getting more and more physical and still he never gave a yellow card and took no action to stop players getting injured. By the second half both teams had realised they could go in hard with just the risk of a free kick against them. However, an enjoyable game.

Did I read that he wants to play in the final if they make it? Someone in Brazil suggested he play with pain killing injections but is rubbish as doctors told him if he doesn't rest for at least six weeks he may become worse and not be able to play football again. Still, he could go out in a blaze of glory, score the winner for Brazil in the World Cup Final and then never walk again!  |
