It is arguably the greatest album ever written, and if you wear headphones listening to it you can really submerse yourself in everything that’s going on in the music coming through. It’s a magically written album and in my option has no equal.
The reason for the positing is a group of people have come together to place visuals using AI as I understand it, in time to both the song and words, it’s absolutely amazing what these people have accomplished. They also say that all profits go to the band / record label, so this becomes an advert for what they can do and achieve and like I say it’s amazing.
Put on your headphones sit down relax and immerse yourself in great music mixed with wonderful cutting edge visuals. I’d love to see what others think.

Its not my all time favourite but its up there. I’ll take a look at the visuals. Really looking forward to it. Its true what you say about headphones though. Good headphones are transformative. I remember listening to Space Oddity through headphones, having listened to it umpteen times through my floor standers. The difference was astonishing. Good headphones, along with good binoculars, should be in the possession of every right thinking guy. |

No doubt about it ,Floyd were brilliant and still playing to packed audiences everywhere ,albeit in a different guise .

I’ve seen Brit Floyd earlier this year, I’ve seen Aussie Floyd previously pre covid and both are very good live.

I also really like this album. I’ve heard it in its entirety dozens of times. These visuals are complex and fun. I like the synchronicity illusion when it’s played while viewing the Wizard of Oz, too.

Believe it or not both Brit Floyd and Aussie Floyd put on brilliant live concerts and it’s not easy to tell the difference between the tribute bands and the real thing and in some cases better ,dare I say .😊🫨🤭👍 |

The length of time it was in the charts and the sales volume confirms its popularity.
The musical engineering is tremendous too.
Gilmore in an interview said his favourite album was “ Wish you were here” -maybe because he is the vocalist on that. Maybe because the ridiculous ongoing poor relationship with the idiot Walters that prompted him to say that.
The earlier works of Floyd are excellent and some like echoes / ummagumma / saucerful of secrets are better in some ways depending on ones own preferences.

Nick Mason has his own group called Nick Masons saucerful of secrets, where they play all the earlier Floyd stuff as Nick wants to promote it to a wider audience of people so they can experience what it was like originally. |
