I couldn't sign in on my Pin sentry machine today for the live stream, my usual password didn't come up, instead no username and rsa3dsauth come up in place of it.
That password didn't work but is now on my saved passwords list and I couldn't find my usual password there, like it's been replaced.
I tried about 5 times but after 3 attempts (I think) my bank details on the O's pay page said not recognised, or something like that.
It could be 3 failed attempts then you're blocked, I don't know.
I went on the rsa3dsauth website but it says 'This page isn’t working'
What do I do now

I understand using a Pin sentry is a safe way to do it but I hate using it, all that fiddling about with entering numbers.
Is there a more straight forward way of getting the stream.
And how do I get my usual password back?

Start all over again,after about 2 years it worked for me.I never gave up,now if I get another chance for streaming the match I will give my last effort a go.I paid to watch a recent match but did not bother to watch.

Do you mean cancel my monthly audio subscription with Orient, then start a new one?
I haven't looked into it since the Cambridge game but I didn't know (still don't) if the username and password on Pin sentry is for the O's or for my bank.
It's not as if I can even test it before the next live stream because I only get to the Pin sentry username and password bit after I've purchased the match.
And why did the 'no username and rsa3dsauth' come up instead of my regular username and password? I've never had that username and password (rsa3dsauth) in my saved passwords before.
It just appeared out of the blue.
Do you use Pin sentry, redshank, or pay another way?

Paid by card after at least 100 tries at a new pass word.Probably a one off success so must have done something right.I don't know what.

Seems OK on your link but a bit worrying to me that it replaced my usual username and password. The rsa3dsauth username and password didn't work anyway.
My Google account says 'No compromised passwords'.

I just enter my debit card straight on to the clubs website. I've never had an issue with anything, it's safe it's secure in my opinion.

I also use a debit card but have to go through the Pin sentry device after filling in the O's section.
The O's side of things went OK, then after I click 'Pay' the Pin sentry box comes up.
After trying a few times (3 times I think) with the Pin sentry login and failing, when I went back to the O's form it said that my card details were not recognised.
I'll get in touch with the O's and see what they say.

I have my banking on an app, once I do the payment I have to login into the app and approve the payment.
Do you have a banking app on a phone or ipad or Samsung tablet?

It certainly sounds easier thats for sure. Just a thumb print to access it and then click approve, job done.
