Richie does not sound in the least bit bothered by our terrible discipline.

Neither is Steve Evans ย who got a yellow card today to add to his new year cards.. ๐ talksport had him on after the game and he will be up on a disrepute charge for what he said about the ref!

I personally couldn't care less if our disciplinary record is poor i quite like having a manager a team that's a bit feisty and nasty

I'm not surprised all our fans were p***ed, as he said. This squad's getting better and better. Every game now carries expectation, which draws in our big crowds.

But too many are for silly things like gobbing off or kicking the ball away. Thems got to stop.

The wide players, midfield and forwards seem really hyped up. This is the Richie Effect. The passion he shows at the side and in interviews is infectious. I can imagine it being so in the training ground. He's almost like one of those Happy Clapper preachers. This passion has been produced on the pitch and that's good. But I agree with Dohnut that in time it must be contained.

ie: the bad language and scoffs at the ref, kicking the ball away and elbows.

Richie does not sound in the least bit bothered by our terrible discipline. Is there some point you are trying to make or are you just moaning for moaning sake?

My take in this is that there will be internal discussions but nothing will be said outside. If we accumulate enough points to keep us in a comfortable mid table position before we lose players to accumulated yellow cards then that is job done.
