Something about voting for "best team of the year". If you click on it - it shows "Not found" but this is also a bogus response.
It's spam - or worse. Don't touch it and don't hit "unsubscribe" . Block it.

I never open those ones.
Luckily I don't have to as, just this morning, the United Nations Fund for eradication of global poverty have made me the beneficiary of over $1 million. All I have to do is send my bank details and a small transaction fee to an office near to Lagos airport.
Been nice knowing ye chumps I'm rich now
