I'm glad you're back. Was hoping to pick your brains about how best to get to Reading?
Elizabeth Line and then walk the three miles? Or is there a better way?

It's a new ground for me, so I can't say for any certainty. There's a new station (Reading Green Park) which is a bit nearer the ground but still over a mile away. I don't believe any direct trains from London stop there either. I think we will get the train to Reading, sample a few pubs in the town centre then either taxi or bus to the ground. After the game it will either be a bus or Shanks's Pony for an hour 😂 |

Nice blog and you're right, no one has a device right to win games. For me that night at Bromley is a particular low in my Orient supporting life.

Did you pick the male circumcision protest to sit in your blog!! That Bromley game was just awful..When they scored their 4th I said to the mrs they’ll get 5 or 6..Everything they hit went in and that last goal was the icing on the cake..the good thing about that night was that it only took me 20 minutes to get home.I actually thought the Torquay game a few weeks later was an even worse performance..Only god knows how we only lost 3-0…Now that was so depressing |

As you would expect everyone was in good spirits afterwards. During the game our fans were pretty loud too. One of the better atmospheres we've had. With regards the seating/standing I didn't see anyone moaning about people standing in the seated part etc. It seemed to work pretty well. |

Big shout out to the Rail Seating / Safe Standing. It was a first time for me and I thought it was impressive.
Didn't see any aggravation with supporters and the atmosphere was so much better being able to stand or sit.
If we're not looking into it at Brisbane Road we really should be. It won't increase capacity but atmosphere is better.
Even my kids were happy about it and they ain't happy about anything.
