When i log on to watch the match the usual watch live tab is not there to click on.
the only word is "hospitality" this does not give access to the match program
Is anyone one else having the same issue

Same problem on phone chrome, but working fine on my TV and app.

I logged off anticipating logging back on but now the site will not accept my password and user name

I logged in on the TV browser early so could've be fine then. In theory it should be the same as on my phone browser, which has the same issue as you. Someone will be @ing the Orient twitter about it for sure.
Do you have the phone app? Not ideal, but at least you can watch it until the browser issue gets fixed.

I submitted for a new password that got me back on the usual tv tab i logged back on it said welcome and my first name but no tab to click on to watch. I am using my usual computer my wi fi in Australia is fine it now 2.09am - still no access nearly half time if anyone has got the email to the person i can write to now to establish why the match is not being accessed in the usual way I would be appreciative I have no access on my phone and was really looking forward to this game Finally got access by luck by clicking the help button which lead to the usual page  |

Sent a message to Orient. Payed another £2.50 listened to it for 10 minutes until H/T then came off the website tried again to get back into it No response. Sent a email to Os for£5 refund . They came back and credited my account which will take 5-7 days |

In Tenerife, laptop logon no match centre just hospitality button. Keeps happening, managed to log on with phone & cast to TV. Missed the the first 10 minutes. Some better technical skills needed in E10.

I had same issue - based in Australia, but would have been across all users - I closed the browser and restarted, clicked back on the Orient page and there it was the 'watch live' button.. Did cause me a few moments of concern not helped by fact that attempting what for me, is high end technical trouble shooting having just got up from my pre match slumber was 'sub optimal'...
