Love his honesty.
Actually very lucky to have a manager the vast majority of us like and trust and feel his trajectory may surpass that of the club in the short term.
Thanks for asking the question about his son

Good episode it's a shame the interview wasn't longer.
Is there a chance to get the youth section head honcho on? As I thought the question around that was really good. I don't mean Ling whoever it is whoever reports to him.

Good listen. It's decent the staff participate in these interviews. There's a real good feel factor at Orient. The owner, management, and squad are all contributing to the positivity.

Richie had 1½ years left on contract and had not yet been offered an extension. I can't imagine that's not on the Board's agenda.
We might possibly revisit the McKirdy move. It was interesting that McKirdy and Archibald were viewed as potential mates in good old trendy Hackney.

I didn’t realise our players out on loan trained with us during the week, thought it would be with the loan club. Good to hear Obiero should be moving loan to a National League side soon. Just turned 19, yet it appears to me he’s been around the first team squad for some time. For me he should be the next one who breaks into the first team, if he lives up to his potential.

Also liked him saying he might move the family down, presumably if he gets the contract extension he wants.

If the club is semi pro it will only train 2 nights a week (unless they have a Tues game) so it's in their interests to be training everyday with better quality coaches at the parent club.

The catchphrase is up there with Brucie's 'Nice to see, to see you nice..' and 'nothing for a pair in this game ' Not much more to add than what has been mentioned above. A really good listen and made my 5k run feel like a 3k run. Went so quick. Richie sounded a lot more 'at home' with us now than I've ever heard him. Hopefully a contract gets sorted because everyone seems happy at the moment. And the longer we stay in the top half I'd say the bargaining power is definitely with the Head Coach. Bit more difficult to ask for a contract if we were in 18th place.

Good idea to be available on YouTube, that's far and away my preferred medium for stuff like this.
