RW trying to make competition for places I expect. I do believe in a few weeks time that O’Neil will be playing Max’s role whilst he is out injured . From what I can make out, Max is an experienced central midfielder, whilst O'Neil is a young player who plays mainly on the wing areas, so we shall see. |

Here is a wild hope for the game. What if Moncur suddenly went on a scoring run? I thought he would go during the window if someone was willing to pay. That did not happen. He is a talented player, and maybe he now has something to prove.

Two attacking changes due to injuries. I hope I'm wrong but I'm predicting a damp squid in attack today.
I would've have gone with that starting eleven but it's another chance for them to show something.

Not surprised about Sweeney.After last week he made it easy for Ritchie to drop him… Not surprising at all, but this game and the next shouldn't cause us too much grief on paper, so did wonder if he might get a run in the team regardless. |
