Is there a chance that BasO and Howling are the same person? I don't know if that is significant in any way. Different people. Bas has been BasO for as long as I can remember. Used to run the prediction league on the old 606 and whilst he might be less active post season when he’d spend more time fishing, this is not him. |

Ok not much to go on…I keep in contact with an O’s fan I met a few years back..His name is Barry but went by the name of Baz\Bas and lives on the East London/Essex border..He did say he came on the message board,but whether as BasO I don’t know.I recently found out that The Bas I know had a nasty fall followed by a stroke.He’s currently in hospital recovering.Ive texted him over the last few of days but haven’t had a reply.I could be speculating but could be the same person.

I always assumed the "Bas" stood for Basildon, but could of course be his name. Either way I wish your friend Bas a speedy recovery and hopefully we hear from BasO soon if they are not the same person. |

I remember him talking about it. Hopefully he is OK and gets well soon as he is missed, his musings do make me smile, let's hope its not too long before he's back to full health if it is him and posting his funny lines Once more. |
