The man is the real deal and in time will be looked upon as a GREAT O's manager, he really will take us to the Championship. Having lost Agyei and Graham for most of the season, Richie and his team are pulling rabbits out of hats far more regularly than we could hope for. I find it heart warming to go to places like Reading and Port Vale and be in a position to say "we're a well sorted club and you're right to be envious of us" ... Kinda fing 😁 |

Fisch, that's what's so exciting. I was thinking about it previously and more this morning as I boarded the early train.
Just what could Richie achieve with with a full squad or even higher quality players?
That's what excites me.
We were poor in Novemeber, just think what he can do and he is employed by our club!!
The future is very bright, more bright than I can remember (Justin aside as he was onto something big himself)
