Possession based but no threat..When Burton were pushing forward,you could see it was only a matter of time before they scored..No tippy tappying..They were pushing forward with a purpose..The confidence drained from our players..We never looked liked coming back

Never felt there was any enthusiasm for the match from the players from the kick off.Many looked tired long before the end.I had little enthusiasm for the game,I just went as it is the thing I do,the match did little tp pull me out of my torpor.Still feel that way today.

Dominating the ball is not dominating the game. First half yesterday proves that. Burton quite happy for us to have the ball and play endless sideways and backwards passes. Posing little threat. In some ways the penalty worked against us. When they changed their approach it showed us just how poor we can be. Burton kicked our arses in the second half and I found that bloody embarrassing to witness. Ashamed of the team and the management. Not losing but the utter capitulation of a side showing no guts and no fight and without the nouse to change things around. Just let it happen.
Don’t want to see that again.
