Has been reduced to 6 points on appeal, the reasons given were two points of law.
1) accusing the club of not acting in good faith 2) failing to calculate the punishment based on relevant precedent
Forest are up on their charges and the case will be heard 7 or 8 March with a decision one month later. Everton are back up before the beak again one week later for similar charges they faced previously.
Still City who were charged a long while before either of them still have not had their case heard, very strange this one!

To be fair, isn't the City one going back about 15 years and about 300+ charges?

I believe City's defence is based on the premise that they'll simply buy the Premiership outright if anyone tries to stop them winning it.

I saw an interview on talksport and the lawyer is a specialist and he said if city are found guilty its relegation for them at the very minimum.
Be interesting what transpires.

One does not know what to make of it all.just let them get on with it and await the outcome. These football cases seem to go on for decades,so many appeals to a different body.Bosman was well past retirement when his case was finalised.

Lawyers will be tangled iup in the small print for years.. if City are found guilty it will go through every court they can find. They will spend tens of millions on legal fees.
Could be interesting to see what, f anything, happens to City.
