I've been vocal about their style of play and I don't like it or wouldn't want to watch it on a regular basis. I've said as well he is a good manager, good at what he does and the style he wants to play. It's just not for me.
Hear his thoughts on the posh defeat, on our game and he speaks very highly of Orient fans. You can see why players want to play for him and give him everything as he's a true motivator of people, he praises all his back room staff, the cleaners, the food people everyone and that ego boosting works wonders for anyone who works there.
