I'm not sure either is correct. Nigel has said we can afford to get to the championship as it is now, he has also said echoed by MD can't think of his name right now who said we are ready to get there now and our projected budget wouldn't just allow us to survive but thrive, not near the top but not fighting relegation in the first season either. I would agree not super rich as in hundreds of millions but certainly super rich in the tens of millions bracket, maybe more as Kent recently sold a business and must have made a few quid. Anyway, money isn't everything and I'd rather have these owners than people like he who should not be named. We can get to the championship under Richie with the support of the board. Here's an article I found about the wealth of the owners. Not sure how accurate it is. footballleagueworld.co.uk/how-wealthy-is-leyton-orients-owner/Just had a look at the owners wealth, but they want progress and hope they achieve that with business acumen. We are blessed with good owners and management. We have seen how we can grow since those dark days and with some luck we can progress further.I have really enjoyed this season. Great management takes you so far. Taken us a long way. But in the end big bucks has the edge and who is to say those with big bucks are poorer managers. Having lots of money doesn’t by default make you a lesser manager. Though as we know some with loadsa money are rubbish when it comes to football. Been a good season for sure.

Teams have got to the Premier league without big money. Teams have got to the championship without big money. It can be done. Good management is the key to doing it, I'd say we have that in the boardroom, backroom staff and the football staff. We can also do it.
Like redshank said I've enjoyed this season, and with a bit of luck on the injuries front we would be far higher up the table. We are well positioned to progress further next season with a solid base to work from too.

Not sure 'without big money' but we used to play Brighton, Bournemouth and Brentford regularly in L1 and look why they are now. Plus Luton were screwed by the EFL and had to come back from the Conference. All Premier League - for now anyway
