10 men or not..We gave up we did not give up No we did not give up. The players left everything out there. Thank God we signed Simpson- remember that was his first full 90 minutes since August. (Actually it was 113 minutes wasn't it) As usual, Richie's analysis rings true. We invited them on to us and left ourselves with no outlet. He himself spent the last fifteen minutes urging Agyei forward. Too many naive decisions from younger players and too many tired limbs. O'Neill's game. If I was Archibald I would be worried. (Incidentally something else that needs fixing for next season is the South Stand's new Agyei chant. Unfortunately The correct pronunciation of his name b*ggers up the rhyme).

I was a little disappointed with Dan when came on to be honest. He didn't hold the ball up well enough to provide an outlet but dropped deep and wide to get the ball which he then lost multiple times. He will only improve I'm sure. Hopefully the injuries aren't serious.

It was a bit men against boys at the end there. I thought Sol did well to keep it down to two. There was some other great last minute stuff from the lads too. Sections of games like this will teach some of the young ones valuable lessons (not sure what because I'm not a technician here) and it's also these situations that help further bind the team.
I guess we're down to the bare bones against the last three clubs. I'd counsel against using Daniel Agyei too much so that he goes uninjured into the summer. On the positive side the lads have surprised us away from home when the Gods seem against them (Peterborough, Portsmouth, etc).

Just watched the highlights. Impressed with O’Neill, his press for the second goal was brilliant, especially the way he directed our other player to block the pass out wide. Not impressed with our 22 (Galbraith?) out of possession, he’s ball watching quite a few times, and then dives in for their first goal.
Also noticed that one of their subs was trying to get to RW after the full time whistle - RW does love a wind up.
