The board gave RW an improved wage budget this season on the back of our promotion last term and then increased it again to cover injuries etc in January.
On Saturday we played Derby County a club with a playing budget way in excess of ours and the difference showed, so how do we close that gap on the big budget teams while staying realistic with our wage structure. what is the planned increase for next seasons playing budget in% terms.

Given the club’s first class community links and its recognition of players who have made significant contributions in the past can you advise if any plans are in place to mark the passing of former O’s Peter Bennett and Malcolm Lucas ,both of whom sadly died last month?

KT, thank you for all you do and have done for the club. You are all celebrities, of course, but have the Board had any thoughts of bringing on a Hollywood type celebrity investor for the club? Do you think that would even be a good idea? I have heard it’s been done fairly successfully by other clubs, but there are no guarantees in football.

Will Richie be given more control over transfers as once again Jnauary left us wanting like it has the past few seasons.

Given Kent's record of success in taking over struggling enterprises, repairing them and making them valuable before moving on... Hasn't he done that now with the O's and got the club to where it can thrive and be (almost) self sustaining?
Is there really any headroom left to exploit?
