I've been on holiday.
That's not the sole reason I've not been around much but it was great to get away over Easter and get a bit of sun on my back.
This weather at the moment is s***e.

Canaries. Was in the 20's every day with a bit of breeze too.
So it wasn't too hot, but just right.
Never been away at Easter before and it was strange to see places that are usually rammed in the summer not so packed at Easter.

Not at all but it has been a few years since I've been to Spain and there now appears to be vast areas of what look like Tent Towns where the locals are now living.
I went for a run early one morning and thought I'd run into a travellers field but it was all local people living in Camper Vans with huge solar panels attached to them providing energy and most using the sea for washing and cleaning.
It surprised me.
But no animosity at all towards tourists.

Croatia has just had a general election and most of the tourist areas have voted in ultra-nationalists (Istria a notable exception). They have no beef with the tourists but they expect their own politicians to set aside affordable housing so the crackers can stay in the town of their birth. It won't end well.
