Have sacked Neil Collins, with a win crucial to their play-off hopes. Admittedly their recent form has been poor, but this seems a remarkably stupidly timed decision, and they deserve to fail.

Admittedly their recent form has been poor They haven't recovered since Lincoln walloped them 5-1 in early March. Only games they've won since then have been against Carlisle and Burton. As you say, a win is crucial, but they ain't getting it under Collins. I have a lot of respect for the decision. It can't have been easy. I'm guessing they think it'll give the players a lift, if not a rocket up the aris.

All in all, probably worth the gamble as they seem to have lost it totally. They were starting to look edgy as long ago as their win over us.
