If Noah Phillips signs a contract then we will have 3 on the books. Would that make Howes our new No 1?

Is there a point in having 4 keepers, unless 1 or 2 of them go on loan?

Would like to see vigs back on a seasons loan from Burnley. What a waste as no3 up there not played a single game played

Burnley can still save there selves. But if they drop they would need to adjust their squad. Vigs down here would mean less home defeats for sure

That sounds a bit unlikely if he hasn't played - has he even been on the bench? He's not on the bench today.

He's not on the bench today. Up until Xmas he was sub for a few Cup games, but after Xmas he has been sub for a few Premier League games. I know nothing of the keepers at Burnley but Trafford started as their big new signing and this chap Muric was lurking in the background. As it turned out Muric appears to be much better than Trafford and ended up as their number one keeper. I think buying Trafford and Vigouroux for them was a mistake. Actually probably not a mistake, but overkill.

If Noah Phillips signs a contract then we will have 3 on the books. Would that make Howes our new No 1? Don't we always have 3? First choice, second choice, young kid out on loan? I'd like us to have our own keeper, not a loan. Not sure why, just feels safer. I'd have Sol back, I'd have Vigouroux back. Doubt both will happen.

I would prefer our own keeper, but for continuity, another season of Brynn would be a sensible option.
