Just seen on TV big celebrations in Ipswich as the team toured the town, parks and river quays in open top bus. Commentator, Councillors and Ed Sheeran on TV said the promotion of the football team will bring untold wealth and tourist to the town.
umm. Could we cope? Not sure Leyton High Road is ready for anything similar.

My old man is a season ticket holder at Ipswich, to say he's been happy this year is an understatement. There's big plans for the club, they own all the land surrounding the stadium so expansion is relatively easy.
The owners, US Hedge Fund, just sold a percentage for something like £100m to another Hedge Fund to raise working capital.

We do have Coronation Gardens plus the library and the old town hall. Many away fans tell me how nice the area is,it comes as quite a surprise to them. There are videos on you tube of a bloke who walks around Leyton and Leytonstone showing many of the historic places that are there, some you would not believe and are of great historical interest.Well worth watching. But there again Britain is such an old and storied Kingdom, almost everywhere has something of great value and historical content
