Sadly, it was a 3:1 defeat to struggling Islington Borough - who are not struggling so much now we've let them take 3 points from us. This one was hard to take, with a chances ratio of about 5:1 in favour of our girls, to score only once (a deflection found Ebony Heath unmarked on the goal line) is Uber disappointing. Complete round up at lofcwomen.com tomorrow (Monday) evening.

Go on MrB, you know you want see 'em play ☺️ That’s true Fisch but it the time..Had I still lived in that part of the world it’d be no problems..And I just can’t stand London traffic!! But I will do one day..But recent reading says they’re playing as bad as the men’s counterparts, riddled with mistakes!! Can I take that two days in a row??? 😂😂

Fisch my team has a 12.30 kick off in the league Cup otherwise I'd have gone to this game, as Dulwich whilst it's a traffic nightmare is doable for me.
I was looking at the old Orient team and they are getting smashed week in week out, not sure you've seen that? London Seaward and up popped two names who used to play for us, see below as it looks like they were dual signed with them?
Also Hannah and Elanor Jenks Landen are both at Barking FC.

I saw that, there's probably good reason for the Jenks girls to go to the Essex league and we certainly miss Hannah's power and skill in midfield. I know Sophie Tabor moved to Seawards but there's a second former O there?

The world has moved on, we haven't. Camden Town, Hammersmith, Comets and South London have all developed and are leaving us behind.

The world has moved on, we haven't. Camden Town, Hammersmith, Comets and South London have all developed and are leaving us behind. But we lost a lot of good players at the level to teams in leagues well above our own. That says how good they were for us that bigger teams can take them away. There's no disgrace in that, it's called progression.

There's no disgrace in that, it's called progression. Only two. Chloe Kabo to Watford and Madelene Wright to Chesham. The others went mostly sideways. I don't believe we have good 'sales people' in the way other clubs do, they chase down specific targets, some of them even tapped up our players at the matches. It's pretty savage out there, I reckon we're a bit too nice.

Where about are the Leyton Orient ladies team in the league placings and could they get relegated this season from this league ? Seems like things are not going very well for them this season, losing good players and matches.
