Flicking between channels games where players look genuinely interested in playing with vigour and enthusiasm. Passion. Bottom line is I’ll be happy if we bore our way to a final win. Performances will be forgotten if we lift the trophy. But in the interim what a turgid set of performances by some really great players. Mind blowing. The ends justify the means stuff. If it works!

I don't care who wins the trophy, what I do want is to be entertained with good football. I remember watching us lose to Cambridge in the John Beck era. Thought then that no matter how successful it was I couldn't watch that crap every week.

I enjoyed the horses for courses style of John Beck, don't forget they had Dion Dublin playing for them and all the team put in a major effort every match.

I hated it, the ball went into orbit and bounced so high when it came back to earth. They even put someone in front of our players when they took a throw in. All based on spoiling tactics, dreadful way to play the game.

He totally saw at lower league level all means we're essential to win games. Ithought his move of putting sand in the corners was ingenious to prevent the ball running out of play when the ball was punted up the field.

That was the style we played in the last 15 minutes of the match that started our run to the FA cup semi finals.Sometimes we all want our team to play with some KBB when we are losing.

Was it, I don't recall that at all and I was at Norwich that night. Stood behind the goal in what would be termed their end before the days of away allocation About ten of us celebrated when it went in and the police rushed in to encircle us Seem to recall it was a Chiedozie cross that Kitchen slotted home.
