Was just checking Sky schedules and there are no county championship games upcoming. I think it is somewhat obsolete nowadays. There are tests against West Indies and Sri Lanka, but by the time the latter start, it will be football season again. www.skysports.com/watch/cricket-on-sky9 vitality county championship games on starting today. But I doubt much interest on Sky. Looking at crowds not much interest to spectators either. Did plan to go but weather not great. Having said that, Hampshire have raced to 179/3 in 56 over so that 3 runs an over. Scintillating stuff. Dohnut you have won and County Cricket is dead,please enjoy your days in the sun watching the sixes being hit in white ball cricket.I will watch village green and Test Matches. Adieu Count Cricket adieu,when you fade away I will join you on that journey into nothingness.A new pair of stars will appear in the night sky,winking and twinkling to the white ball brigade. |

I am off now to fill in my tax returns for 23-24,usually done on the 2nd of April but things happened,just adjusting now to what is.
