On what I saw last season I rate this player very highly.A future star for Orient perhaps.

I'd say he looks as though he may make a first team player and that's a rare thing of itself. The best kids are mostly trawled by the goliath clubs so its almost impossible to find a Messi from other sources.

Reckon Richie thinks he is good enough, hence the decision to let Sanders go.

Reckon Richie thinks he is good enough, hence the decision to let Sanders go. Possible. Zech has the potential to be really good. But at 19 I’d wonder if subjecting him to a full league 1 season is right. I’d prefer him to be brought on carefully. RW often talked of young players having to do too much and showing fatigue.

RW often talked of young players having to do too much and showing fatigue. See Mainoo Don’t disagree. In fact quite the opposite. But I’m influenced by RW and comments from last season about young players struggling with too many minutes. Comments that irritated me and hope not to hear them this season. I prefer the ‘if you are good enough you are old enough’ comments. Of course Mainoo surprisingly hasn’t played that many games. Wayne Rooney however was doing his thing at 16/17 a better example. I guess some can cope well so may be right. I’m converted.

In my opinion that's due to him being played at the top level at 16/17 too much pressure on his body too soon

Instead at 38 years old, he now looks fat, bloated and old beyond his years, or as in the words of the soccer chant.....Who ate all the pies !
