I used the ticket exchange quite a lot last year, as I was unable to attend games.
When it came to renewing this season, my price was around 25% cheaper than full price,(because of the rebates Iād received), so this season my football is ridiculously good value.
The club can never get it perfectly right with pricing, but if you can get a season ticket, it is still very good value.

I'm personally fine with the pricing as long as funds are reinvested. Everything has gone up over the past few years including the clubs costs.
I'm a season ticket holder, but on quite a few occassion i bring friends/family that have to buy tickets and they won't even realise there has been an increase.
As mentioned, season ticket plus ticket exchange could be the way forward.

I do still think this is partly down to the club presenting the council with a future plan of more affordable football IF we have a bigger capacity... In my experience moving to a new stadium will make it less affordable. Just look at the noisy neighbours. Ticket prices at Spurs and Arsenal are eye-watering and I suspect they are not dissimilar at West Ham. Also the cost of food and drink is exorbitant. You could have a three course dinner at The Ivy for less than burger, fries and coke. Normally you would be right but at the AGM Nigel said we will be looking at an initial capacity of 17,500 with room to build. The only way for growth is offering young people and families cheap tickets, and nothing is better than a full stadium. I think it's an interesting time currently and the stadium improvements we are making this season are also down to showing the council we have done all we can to remain at Brisbane Road.
