Us oldies will remember joe Elwood a really good Irish winger, who could also play as inside forward. Sad to hear he has now passed away at 84. R.i.p joe.

Joe was my PE teacher at Holy Family College (formerly Corpus Christi/Cardinal Wiseman) in Shernhall St in the early nineties and was a top bloke. V sad news. Factoid he once told me is that he was Orientโs first ever sub. RIP Mr Ellwood sir.
