I can't make a judgement as our business is not yet completed, last year I predicted 8th this year as it stands now there's a 1 in front of it. Hopefully further players will arrive otherwise we are in for a very long and hard season.

The key words are 'may' and 'awaiting confirmation '. Source is usually good, however I am surprised he played if the alleged deal had been completed. Others have heard the same as us, so we wait and see. 👍. If correct, it might explain why our own transfer activity has been somewhat sluggish e.g DoF unsure of who he needs to replace and how much £ he has in his back pocket to replace them with? I suspect DoF likes a bargain. The club prides itself on encompassing all aspects of society. I wonder id DoF has tapped the MoJ or the Prison and Probation service to see if there are any ex offenders that are Pro players looking for work providing they are of the required standard. Os have already have I believe one player with a previous convictions.  |
