Mo Eisa - ex MK. Big threat, he don’t score tap ins often. But peaks and troughs and no left peg. Would be an asset regardless
Divin Mubama - ex WH. Surprised as he played a few times for them (only 19) so probably out of our price range but perhaps he needs some senior men’s football in him
Stephen Humphrys - ex Wigan. Looked a class above against us last year but for reasons we may not be able to afford or tolerate, still remains unsigned
Connor Wickham - he’s free he does short term deals.
Dane Scarlett - Spurs loan - Didn’t work for him at Portsmouth Ipswich so he needs to lower his expectations and come and score 15 goals for us next season. Bit of a poacher
Joe Hugill - Man U loan - was at burton back end of last season. He’s tall and tidy.
Tons of players without a first team gig no need to stress

Tons of players without a first team gig no need to stress Don’t think anyone is stressing about getting players. As you rightly say plenty still out there. The task was getting them in time for a full preseason, getting fit for day one and fully in tune with our style of play. We’ve already heard comments of DJ struggling because he joined late, but he has time so not a problem. Be surprised if anyone expected all 5 by Spain, a couple of latecomers for sure. But I really hope 2 more before we go. RW bemoaned our poor start last season, lack of proper preparation. A busy first couple of months. |
