Looks like it's not a sell-out which is surprising.

5.30 kick off will have something to do with it. I am not in favour of this time and could easily make a pass on it. I won't, but I'm sure plenty have and will.
If it had been last Sat I wouldn't have gone as I was at a concert, this messing fans around is not going to be nice.

Looking at the tickets available price might be an issue for some.
Adults prices are £30 in East South West with £28 in the North.
Senior prices are £28 in East South West worh £22 in the North
Kids prices I've used U18 rather than younger as some stands don't offer lower aged tickets than U18. So it's either £25 or £22
This might have an impact to the attendance as well.

I don’t think the Bolton game’s on tv…Is it? 🤔 Sure is! Combined with holidays and kick off time I’m not surprised that there are still tickets available at this late stage tbh.

I might be miss remembering, but didn't sky say all the opening games are screened live? Same with the season ending games?

I'm going to have to miss the first home game of the the. Some unexpected outgoings plus the late kick off have done it for me unfortunately. Its a bit too pricey for me 30 quid so I'm going to have to pick and choose

I think the EFL has made a costly mistake. Hope to be proved wrong.

Looks like it's not a sell-out which is surprising. Given it is early August, I’m not too surprised. I would be there, but I am at a wedding in Ireland.

I think the EFL has made a costly mistake. Hope to be proved wrong. I think you are right That and a number of people on holiday. Over the season the size of the mistake will unfold. But Orient say they will earn a net £200k from Sky I think I read somewhere it won’t take too much of a drop in attendances to gobble that up, about 500 drop in attendance per game.

Looks like it's not a sell-out which is surprising. Why should it be, being televised live at 5:30pm on Saturday night, I can watch the game live and go out on the town suited and booted with no hassle getting home after game, get spruced up collect the eye candy, wine dine, drink, get me end away, home for rest, sleep watch MOTD in morning, bosh job done. Only sell out was club sold out to highest bidder
