Even though I'm logged on, none of the tabs for audio or video subscriptions work.
Has anyone else had the same problem?

Even though I'm logged on, none of the tabs for audio or video subscriptions work. Has anyone else had the same problem? Had problems too but by luck or judgement have managed. The website had historically been problematic. |

Have you tried turning it off and on again? I had the same problem on Saturday, but that sorted it.
I'm referring to the website, but if that doesn't work, turn your device off and on.
