Looking down the bbc website as I watch the game in TV, I see that Shaq did not even make the bench tonight.
Is that a pointer he's the wideman we want? As he can play down the middle as well he covers two positions which Richie does like.
Has anyone heard any whispers?

Ford Prefect more likely, hitchhiking down the M1 as we speak with a book called “don’t panic”, searching for the club at the end of the universe. Can he play in goal, that’s the real question.

I've been tracking him too.
He isn't actually in the Watford First Team, he's an Under 23 Player. So I don't think he can play for their first team.
I'd love to see him back.

We have made good progress for our loan players and must have quite a reputation for doing so,Shaq is another who will benefit more for another season with us.Hope it happens.

Nigel said in his Q&A which he recorded on Thurs that we wanted him, but were told he's not available this summer.
Make of that what you will.

Lingy said that Shaq's wages are (sic) way out of our ability to pay.

Lingy said that Shaq's wages are (sic) way out of our ability to pay. I don't dispute that. It seems like the clamour to get into the Championship is now growing like the one to get into the Premier League. Interesting that a similar size League One club is paying £650k a year for two experienced League One keepers. That is £6,750 a week each. And that really is crazy money. And I'm glad in a way that we're not trying to compete. But I just wish we hadn't put out a video telling us we can't compete with it. It all feels a bit flat now.

No doubt if the Os had been prepared to buy him and pay the asking rate for his wages, then it might have happened, but looks like Bristol Rovers have have a bigger budget than Leyton Orient and thus that fact is what sealed the deal.

Have Bristol Rovers got a benefactor? I hope so for their sake. If not, they're another Reading in the making.
