Another young and inexperienced player? It would appear so, but of course it’s only a rumour at this point. Tbh on the face of it, I struggle to see why we would want another CB , it seems to me that’s the one area where we have good experience, strength in depth and competition. Could be that someone will be leaving or an injury has turned out to be longer term than first thought but other than that it’s left me a bit puzzled 😕 |

All teams suffer. I guess why it’s a squad game these days. Hope not too severe. |

I don't mind these types of signings. If we sign them, don't loan them. And don't expect them to hit the ground running and straight into the first team to solve problems.
Galbraith didn't, neither did Brown, or Cooper. Warrington won't, Obiero has been dipped in and out, O'Neill did but has backed up a bit. Let's consolidate in League One and bleeds this talent in over a season.
I'm all for building a young team for the future.
Based purely on age.. Beckles moves on, we got Simpson, Simpson moves on, we have Happe, Happe moves on, we have Cooper, Cooper moves on, we have this guy.
Plus also we have our own talent coming through.
