not been contacted for the Blackpool job, still has things to achieve here first

Let's get our first league win against Shrewsbury and the tone/feeling will change for the better. I do feel we have a keeper worry though and that needs addressing.

Not sure about the Tom James “ performance” issue. Seems to me he may be another of the more experienced players who are no longer buying into the RW mantra.

Maybe the Goalie was looking in the Mirror when he made the Pass to no one. Maybe the Club need to buy an experience Goalie like the one at Crawley. They're doing all right at the moment having just been promoted.

Maybe the Goalie was looking in the Mirror when he made the Pass to no one. Maybe the Club need to buy an experience Goalie like the one at Crawley. They're doing all right at the moment having just been promoted. Should have had a second look at the keeper released by QPR Begovic in the summer. Now plying his trade at Aldershot. Got a lot of miles on the clock but still has some petrol left in the tank.Money probably the problem earns more for Aldershot than O's willing to offer.Update signed a 1 year deal with Everton for this season. The way Everton are doing probably need his experience. Iwonder if they would do a loan deal? |

I will not on a public forum criticise any player but watching mistakes which may of been avoided each week in the middle of the night in Oz is rather painful
I honestly see us as good as the clubs that spend enormous sums once we settle down and RW corrects the personal that are making the mistakes - which he will by either more training or reassuring them to relax and they be ok or if that fails new personal?

DoF would be first in line as we know he likes a bargain. 😁 |

He was frustrated and rightly so.
Doing an interview minutes after you’ve just lost a game we could have got something from, you can’t help but be irritated by what has happened. I was certainly no fun on the train home.
He was right that we went toe to toe with players who on paper are better than ours and also right in saying we, the club, the fans, the players, have to change our mindset and believe we are as good as these teams on any given day.
If he can achieve that then we will go places.

Not too sure that is being earned of late. Ignoring the cock-ups for a second, neither keeper fills me with confidence during normal play. |
