They are very much settled.pigott scoring again today and being played the way he prefers.
Moncur still coming on from the bench.
Amazing Southend support at Barnet,1600 they outnumbered the home crowd.
So we probably will pay about 4k per week as a percentage of their wages until July,so about £160,000.
Its more than hemming who needs to look in the mirror

Reading the OP we don’t know for sure how much of the Moncur/Pigott wage bill we are picking up but overall £100k++ for the season is not an unreasonable guess, Yet we are desperately thin as a squad and brought in a keeper who, despite the mistakes, doesn’t ooze quality. Something has gone horribly wrong and it’s not RW and his coaching team. They are doing OK. I really hope we get points on the board soon for Richie’s sake. He deserves a bit of luck. |

Nor most of the team for that matter. Get a decent keeper in and we have a good chance of doing ok this season. Dither and do nothing and dread to think what could happen. Also go back to basics and cut out all the risky passes to the goal keeper or vise versa keeper to our defenders, as in first goal conceded yesterday. |

Can a club return a player,or only the parent club can recall?
Feel for hemming a bit,he'so used to Scottish football usually hoofing the ball upfield.
He clearly doesn't like RWs instruction to play it out.
