What a load of tosh you've brought to this club this season. We are in trouble and I do wonder what the thinking is behind it all as it doesn't seem joined up to me.
It's time for the club to have a top down look at things and maybe some people are out of their depth and need replacing.
We have arguably the best manager since Bloomfield and we are asking him to make a silk purse out of a pigs ear. You have both failed Richie, and I hope you can look yourselves in the mirror.

We are losing millions per season that is all coming out of Nigel's personal funds. He can't maintain the club AND have a decent transfer budget. Money does not grow on trees believe it or not.

Players are expensive, but other similar sized teams to us are managing.
The club have brought utter rubbish to the club this season.
Relegation is staring us in the face, even this early on.
Richie will walk..... When, who knows, but he won't allow his name to be slurried by this load of sh*te

I am struggling to see any of this seasons additions an improvement. The only players half capable are kellman and Clare the rest are two Bob.
I would sooner have one el mazouri than half a dozen non entities.
We look like relegation fodder even at this early stage, and to think we were led to believe that we would be excited by our signings.
Who the hell scouts these players.

The people that own football clubs are well aware of the pitfalls, well versed in the balance sheets and profit and loss statements. So let’s look at the budget. Nigel said it’s increased 10% so I’d imagine it’s somewhere in the region of £4.5m at a guess. He also told us “some exciting signings are around the corner” I will let him have that one as he never said what corner cos the players we’ve signed are not exciting in any way shape or form. Look at the players who left the club this post season and look at who we have brought in. No way have we spent more money on wages with the incomers over the out goers, never in a million years has that happened. Yes players are expensive, but how is that now such a surprise? Do you think we’ve scouted Hemings? Do you think our scouting is up to scratch? Do you think Ling is more of a help or hindrance? Why does RW say I want a winger and an experienced central player, and we bring in a keeper and a left back? Was RW lying to us? Doubt it, but is Ling listening? Doubt it. Ling wants to Lord it over everything he surveys, whereas I’d like RW to do that cos it’s his head on the plate at the end of the day, not ling. look at the Jan window did ling give RW what he wanted? Did he hell. Time and again Richie has been let down, when he walks and I don’t blame him when it happens, I will be gutted as it’s between him and Justin who is he best manager since Bloomfield and we are letting him down, time and again. Tonight is a low point for me as an O. I hope they care as much as us fans do. |

NT has a long and successful career in retail and is well versed in marketing by hype ie promoting an image above the actual quality of the product. |

Everyone realises the owners are funding our losses and we all appreciate that for sure. Many other clubs are in our position. Yet the club talk of ground improvements, new training ground even in time a new stadium. And endless talk about it being a great time for the club. So the owners are prepared to put all that at risk by having a poor team. Either we have a positive future looking up, or we don’t. Either the money we do have is being spent wisely or it is not. Over the next few months the Board will find out just that. We all hope they are satisfied and get value for money. Poor performances, reduced revenue, will ultimately increase what they have to spend. |

As mentioned here weeks ago,we need an experienced keeper who shouts at his defence.
We must ditch Howes and hemming and bring this keeper in unattached.
Wellens and ling have never sung on the same songsheet and it shows.
Unattached seasoned striker also required.
Return Perkins.
