I thought this thread was about the Lone Ranger and Tonto I'm 100% sure the pun was intentional. It was intentional to attempt to alleviate the stress everyone appears to currently have. I saw a clip today of Pickford the goalie making a real mess with his feet and the other team scored. I don’t care the name of any current lofc goalie all I want is from both is to stop trying to demonstrate they can play in open play with their feet. I want both goalies to revert back to a traditional goalie style - it’s quite simple kick the round leather ball 90 degrees forward hard up field rather than being like dancers- thanks |

Seems the club doesn't carry out enough diligence when signing players.
Leaving the loanees aside,Warrington had a serious knee injury and hasn't fully recovered.And Charlton's forum banged on about DJ being overweight and disinterested.
Then pigott was endlessly a square peg trying to be bashed in a round hole.
You'd think the snails pace the transfer committee move at they'd at least have done some research first.
PS nothing like a pun to lighten the load!

Warrington was on loan at Plymouth last season.it was meant to be a full season,but he was returned to Everton in january and has hardly played since.

Tonto was played by Jay Silverheels who I believe was a Canadian. His real name was John Smith ! Clayton Moore played the title role in all episodes except for a handful when John Hart played it. He also had the title role in Hawkeye and the Last of the Mohicans.

Perhaps Richie's style doesn't work with bog standard L1 players and we should play to their strengths instead?

Just not Richie’s style. I am a surveyor and I understand risk and probability. The guys in house that compile orients statistics will know the mathematical formulae to use for probability. With respect to RW and the coaching team I urge them to reflect on the abilities of the current two goalkeepers and use statistics to vary the theme of both goalies playing as far out of the goal with their feet. We have to stop the current negative outcomes ( goals conceded ) and also the pressure in orient defending zone of our defenders being closed down fast and having to pass under pressure. Surely cannot the whole team move up the pitch in order possession is further away from our defence goal. |
