Warrington, Sweeney, Cooper, Jaiyesimi, Obiero all either left out or injured.
We had a strong bench today, add these boys and we have a decent squad to
pick from. We will need them all as we have 11 games between now and the end of
October. Up the O's.

I’d suggest Sweeney has been dropped. On the basis of today ( not conclusive proof I accept!) I don’t think he will find it easy getting his place back tbh. |

It’s quite normal when a player has been our injured for a period of time to pick up soft tissue issues on their return. I am sure he will be fine shortly. |

It’s quite normal when a player has been our injured for a period of time to pick up soft tissue issues on their return. I am sure he will be fine shortly. I really hope so, he is only a young player starting out on his playing career apparently left his beloved Everton to join us and for both Os and his sake, needs many more years of being able to play football without injuries disrupting his career. |

While we are well stocked at centre half and midfield we only have 3 strikers. 2 pick themselves while Perkins disappointedly has shown nothing. Kellman looked knackerd as did ogyei, and kellman looked injured. If either are out we have absolutely nothing in reserve.
I can’t believe we didn’t get in a proper number 9 during the window.
