Someone said on the Leyton Orient FC Facebook page that it's not by design, but it's refreshing to see a team without a shirt sponsor, and looks 'classy'. I happen to agree with him....Do you think FB is in a position to keep a clean strip, or will he be like BH looking for every trick to add to the club's coffers?

So Orient can take up where Barcelona left off when they sold out? Mas que un club!

They are a club partner but that post about them being the shirt sponsor was apparently a wind up. Bechetti and his boys are still working on a permanent shirt sponsor as I understand. I can't seen Orient being the first League club in England to refuse to have a sponsor although it would be quite a statement

I do like the shirts without a sponsor but I guess we need income to offset out goings to comply with regs. Maybe Mr. B will advertise his new Mayfair pub. Anyone know where it is and more details, like what beer do they serve?

I thought Dunkin donuts where the new shirt sponsor ? I made this up as it was funny, creative and not a wind up. The full story is on another message board under short sponsor with pics.
