Morning all. I feel that there are lots of reasons to be positive about the new season ans generally about the current state of the mighty O's.
Some of the best signings i have ever seen in my 20 years of supporting Orient and lots to be excited about.
By first baby is due today and Orient therefore have also gained another supporter. Even if she hates football, she will be attending regularly.
My thoughts are that we will be promoted in second place. Mooney will be sold in January transfer window as I feel he had the season of his life last year and will not recreate, although I hope he does.
We will be top 3 in January and sign 1 or 2 key players to make the extra push and to cover inevitable injuries. Cox will have an immense season and we will have to turn down offers for him this time next year.
So basically, reasons to be cheerful.....bloody loads. Also, wish Moses all the best. Super player and always gave it his all.
Remember seeing him for the first time, sprinting from nowhere to cover a slow defender and make a goal saving tackle. Quality.
Last note; Henderson to be top scorer in the division with great service from the wings. We finally have a good plan B.
Feel like there needs to be some sort of 'big foot and the Henderson's' themed chant.
