Many of the same comments and complaints from RW after last nights 1-1 against Colchester. Slightly concerning imho that he now seems to be considering trying to turn Jordan Graham ( our best winger/ crosser of the ball? ) into someone who plays more centrally. Maybe stop tinkering so much and play players in their best position would be my suggestion.

Credit to RW for trying to salvage some positives from the performance and generate some confidence into the team. We should have won. But in truth it was a typical Orient performance. Plenty of the ball but generally lacking in ideas. Wasteful up front with the chances we created, slow to react at the back when Colchester got their one chance. Colchester are a modest team, yet got a draw. When on top we just cannot kill games off.
First half there were a couple of players doing OK. DJ full of tricks, Sweeney trying hard. Graham looking better. Oberio a decent goal. One or two others did well. Good to see Prats get time. But what happened in the second half? Absolutely lethargic for much of the time. Can understand players needing minutes to improve sharpness but cluck me, fit young men should be able to manage 90 minutes. They looked disinterested, game over, playing out time. And paid the price.
The chance of a morale boosting home win (remember those) but instead another nail in the confidence coffin. What the hell has gone wrong? We are in serious trouble. The break has come at a good time in my opinion. The coaching team need to work some magic before this season disintegrates,

I agree that were missing that attacking central player (for me, Galbraith is the only one we have at present), however I don't believe Graham is that player. Square pegs and all. Keep Graham on the wing. I wonder if Clare could move more forward. We have plenty of cover in the defensive midfield cover to be able to move him further up.
RW knows better than I so I'll go with what he suggests.
