We've been spoiled in winning 2 championships in 6 years. We have no divine right to win a game of football, you have to earn it. Trouble is some of our fans seem to think it's our right to win. Its not. Spurs fans suffer with this delusion, I truly hope we are not going down this pathway. Sorry Thor but if that is your opinion it is you who is delusional. We support a club with a history of screwing up. At times almost expected. 2 in 6 years or 2 in 50 years. How many relegations? We know full well we have no right to win. What we do have is the expectation that we should beat a team some 60 odd places below us but knowing full well the cup always delivers surprises. In that respect we have experienced both sides in recent times. Little delusion in our fan base. Especially after our plummeting into the NL and near folding up. Where there is an expectation, well with me anyway, is that given the quality in our core squad we should be playing a damn sight better than we are and certainly should be good enough to close out a game against a NLS side when being 2-0 up with 20 minutes to play.

Doh I think Thor's comment is in relation to a lot of the games this season and not just BW

2 in 6 years for me - so much has changed at the club in 50 years and in football in general. Although, I am much younger than 50 so clearly biased

I waited 47 years for the first of them but also suffered a number of playoff defeats and a trophy cup final loss. There is absolutely no way Orient fans can ever be described as having any delusions about our right to win. Even against NLS opposition. Generally live in hope of a win rather than expectation.

Then why all the piteous moaning about the way our club goes about things in general.
