Sonny Perkins took his goal well. ok the goalkeeper could have done better but who cares !! Also Perkins again does well with his assist pass to Dan Agyea for his goal. Lastly, sorry but that second yellow for Sweeney was really pathetic and he gave the referee no other option than to give him his second yellow card and could well have cost Os the game. Boreham Wood had a third goal ruled out with a tight offside decision by the linesman.

The second penalty kick miss shown by BW looked pathetic it was more like a nine iron golf pitch shot over the bar - the footballers impact on the ball was the same technique - unbelievable

We were incredibly lucky BWs third goal was ruled out. We've all seen those goals given, many times.
Perkins goal would have been saved by a league 1 keeper, but his assist for Agyei's goal was very good indeed.
Overall we looked the 3 leagues higher than them, in the first half, but ended up struggling to hold on for a draw.
To end, I really liked their number 19, very tricky winger/wingback. We could do worse than bring him to Orient.

His name is Érico Sousa and he is 29 years old. Has played for many lower league clubs with no great impact it would seem, so unlikely to be a player of interest to the Os.

I think your wasting your time unfortunately. Unless he has suffered serious injury during his playing career the DoF will not be interested. Anyway BW are full time pros, probably on comparable or more money then some of the O's players. |

As regards Sweeney's sending off, it's the type of thing that tends to make fans go berserk these days but which in the context of what else goes on in games I find it difficult to get worked up about.
From the highlights ("A Closer Look"), the O's seemed to have plenty of decent chances and looked OK, although I'm aware that the highlights aren't always representative of the game as a whole.
I was pleased for Perkins and, contrary to what was said on Orient Outlook, he certainly did celebrate his goal, albeit not madly. Let's hope he kicks on from here.

Have to say O’Neill had a very good chance first half and almost passed it to the goalie.
Kelmans cross for Jaiyesimi was first class and how the goalkeeper kept that out I’ll never know.
