A winding up petition has been presented against the holding company. That doesn't mean they will go out of business, but someone has tried possibly to get the money they are possibly owed and have now hit the nuclear button.
Be interesting what will happen. I did look at the last filed accounts and they were not insolvent at that point.

I got the notification yesterday from a firm of solicitors we use. I saw the name on the circular and thought wow.
Holdings is obviously its own entity which shares the same majority shareholder as the one which sponsors the club.
