What Carsley's time has shown me is that we have an abundance of talent coming through, some really exciting and quality players. Southgate started this off and if he only believed in himself at times and let the rains off we may or may not have won a tournament.
Hopefully Tuchell can be that person who makes it happen.
I certainly enjoyed tonight's game.

I certainly enjoyed tonight's game. Makes me wonder if Carsley should have been given the job, best style of attacking football played in the last two games for many years. I was never a fan of Southgate's handbrake on way of playing. It cost England the Euro final against Italy. |

Thought 2bd half against Greece was some of the best football I’ve seen England play for years.
Brave on the ball, not afraid to hold onto it in tight spaces and some swift and incisive passing.
Talking of which, Kanes ball to Bellingham was as good a pass as you’ll see. De Bruyne couldn’t have done any better.

Watched only the highlights this morning,I did not know some of the England players.I suppose it is age catching up on me.However I was pleased Bowen scored and utterly delighted with the result.
