It's pathetic. Every time more than about 50 people are trying to access it at any one time it starts loading slowly or crashes completely. They really need to sort it out.

I don't think the club are paying for enough bandwidth. It isn't that expensive, especially for a club of our size and the relatively small amount of visitors our message board gets.
