It's the reason nugent is stalling on the offer to become head coach .he wants too see if the grass is greener at cardiff .if he wants to go let him .then we can install a new man for the job and get on with the rest of the season . |

I imagine Nugent is torn between the two options. He could stay with us and possibly get his only chance in life to become a successful manager - but maybe get kicked out of Brisbane Rd in a couple of months. Or he could become Slade's understudy and possibly get kicked out of Cardiff in a couple of months. The latter is the well-paid but boring alternative. Either way though he could probably get a reasonable job back in football.

Either way though he could probably get a reasonable job back in football. If he wants too be manager then he should take the os job .its a great opportunity for him .or if he goes to cardiff he will be reunited with slade carry on being a coach and have regrets for the rest of his life that he didn't take the opportunity when it was presented too him .being boss of the os is a great job not a poisoned chalice .but if money is his motivater then go to cardiff .him and slade can walk out wealthy men when tan fires the pair of them . |

I agree with this garyos. Also despite what Tan is saying about Slade being in the job 20+ years this is clearly nonsense and Nugent and Slade may be out of work again by January  |
