Are we a club in crisis or are we just having a few off days? At the moment we have no manager(and the assistant isn't sure)managers don't want to join us,lack of communication from the club,in the relegation zone, injuries piling up,players either out of form or never been in it,reserves cant win, youth team cant win,and the style of footie is awful, when will this ever end!!!!!! Bring back the old days,at least you new where you stood.

Not in crisis yet, although IMO it could happen if things aren't resolved in the fairly near future. The longer this situation goes on, the more unlikely we are to be able to entice any manager with a decent reputation to come close to E10. The lack of communication is a separate issue, but just as worrying as it seems it isn't just the fans that are being kept in the dark, but the staff at the club as well. Add into the mix a Sporting Director who is happy enough to cut loose in public about people within the club who he's only dealt with for a matter of weeks, and you're sitting on a time bomb. One thing is for sure, attitudes within the club at boardroom level need to be addressed, and I hope that as I assume that FB didn't get rich by being a fool, he will eventually start telling a few fortunes and getting everyone heading the the same direction or they get replaced. But like I said, this really needs to be settled soon as it is damaging the reputation of the club.

Bang on we need to get a new man in sooner rather than later .i think it is obvious too everyone now that nugent isn't going too get the job .but will be staying on as coach to the new man .but the big question is who is the new man .we need to get this sorted and soon .

We can get any manager we (Francesco) want. Anybody can be enticed as manager, even me, if the money is right. There is no rush now, we have no chance of promotion this year, just need to avoid relegation and build for next season.

I know we are only 1/4 of the way through this season but if the club doesn't get it's act together we will be in a proper scrap at the wrong end of our division. Most of the clubs around us are getting better and some are getting into some good form. If we get the wrong manager who cant get our players to perform and in particular our so called superstars,no matter how much money our owner has, it might be to late.

I am happy that Nuge is given a chance and probably better there is no short time limit or it is like Slade and the ultimatum, but having said that so far Nuge has not really displayed any attributes but the players appear to be supporting him. On that basis I think he should have a bit more time.

If KN is given the job, fair enough. It's Leyton Orient - so we'll probably all grumble but when push comes to shove we'll get behind him. Trouble is though, while there's no official word from the office, it's all just speculation online and in the press, which despite the players being behind him, must be having a detrimental effect at some level. As for promotion......on paper it's still possible, but realistically I'd be quite happy mid-table and escaping the drop zone.

I don't want KN as manager, what's the point of buying a Bentley if your going to let a 15 year old kid drive it around I want a big name manager that mirrors the want of the owners, we have some league one superstars in our team on paper and as such I want a league one superstar manager,

What superstars do we have?
If you mean the 2 tiered pay scale that's happening within the team then those on the higher scale need to get over themselves and start playing with a bit of determination and grit

Oh come on, on paper we have players that really should and could be playing higher, Lowry two years ago was playing premier league,, you can't say in two years he has gone to s***, mcanuff was wanted by three other championship clubs, so clearly they think he can still do a job at that level, jay Simpson has the ability to play at a higher level, though I'm not sure he's head is in the right place,

Do they really want to play in a struggling div 1 team,I don't think so.

I'm sure none of the players want to play in a struggling div 1 team, regardless if they are big names or not, we would of struggled to sign anyone if they knew our club where going to be like this,
