Looked like a soft shot that he expected someone else to nudge home. Lucky that the goalie wasn't expecting an attempt from there.

Watching the official highlights it's definitely a shot. Henderson looks up and whips the ball in fast, directly at the keeper, catching him by surprise.
Watching the clip posted on here it's much more difficult to decide. It seems to travel in a soft, slow arc and be much closer to the other players.
